Sola Uptown River Oaks, a 317-apartment luxury mid-rise consisting of five stories of residential units, is Mill Creek’s first development in Houston. The community is located inside Loop 610 between the exclusive residential neighborhood of River Oaks and the upscale Uptown/Galleria area.
