Mill Creek sold Modera Turtle Creek in October of 2018. Situated in close proximity to many of the city’s most desirable locales, Modera Turtle Creek offered residents a chic urban lifestyle in a convenient and entertainment-rich environment. The community added 207 upscale apartment homes to one of the city’s most affluent, prestigious neighborhoods – Turtle Creek. The six-story structure, which featured three levels of subterranean parking, was constructed on the southwest corner of Cedar Springs Road and Welborn Street.
Modera Turtle Creek included a vast array of upmarket amenities, both amidst the community and inside the apartments themselves.
