The community is developed in compliance with the Toho Water Authority Efficiency Program, applicable to irrigation, landscape and home fixtures.

Amavi Kissimmee is situated within 12 miles of the Florida Turnpike and 12 miles from Interstate 4, which serves as the gateway to several of the area’s key employment centers, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Orlando International Airport and NeoCity.
