Mill Creek sold The Place at Greenway in November of 2013. The Place at Greenway was a 219-unit apartment community in the heart of Houston’s Inner Loop – and was within walking distance to Greenway Plaza. Acquired by Mill Creek Residential in December 2011, the community was recently renovated in 2009 with amenities that include a hotel-inspired swimming pool, business center, fitness center, clubhouse and carport parking.
