Mill Creek sold Modera Irvine in 2022. Modera Irvine was located in the heart of the Irvine Business Complex (IBC), east of Jamboree Road and one block north of Main Street. Irvine’s Jamboree corridor has had a significant amount of new multifamily development over the last 10 years.
This development consisted of 194 apartment homes in a wrap-style configuration comprising of one- and two-bedroom apartments.
