Our 105 apartments at the gateway to Bel Air (yes, as in ‘Fresh Prince Of’) are refreshingly walkable and bikable. And there’s much to walk and bike to: Whole Foods across the street, Blue Dog Tavern (you must try the Scrimshaw Pilsner) a few blocks away and the vibrancy of Ventura Boulevard just a hop and a skip. Even Walkscore gave us a solid ‘Very Walkable’ score – hard to come by in a city where people drive to their own block parties. Speaking of which, when you do need to motor, you’re less than 30 minutes to the Westside, Burbank, and Silicon Beach; even closer to Warner Center.

We continue to be amazed by the food scene here with award-winning restaurants like Tipple & Brine, Public School 818, Sweet Butter and Mistral quite literally in your backyard. That sushi we were talking about? Little Izaka-ya is right across the street. And – bonus! – the area is becoming known for bars that specialize in small, craft brews and distilleries. Cheers, cheers and cheers.
